Booking Disclosure and House Rules

To help ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests, please review the following policies carefully:

If this is your first time booking with us,

please provide the reason for your trip to hostconnectmgmt@gmail.com and the total number of guests who will be staying in the house. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if sufficient information is not provided.

• No smoking anywhere on the property.

• No pets allowed.

• No parties or events.

• For your safety and the security of the property, outdoor cameras are installed. There are no cameras inside the house.

• We reserve the right to decline any reservation at our discretion, with or without explanation.

• A security deposit may be requested at the owner’s discretion.
